Politique d’expédition
Once your order has been placed, your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days and we aim to deliver between 3-10 business days after that, dependent on location. If your order appears delayed, please allow up to 10 business after dispatch.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. This includes amending the delivery address, shipping method, or removing items from the order. If you need to add any item to the order, you will need to cancel the current order (if possible) and start another order. We can amend the items, delivery address, quantity, contact details before it has been dispatched. We aim to amend this process in due course.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
You will be able to track your order by visiting My Account. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed and when the order has been dispatched.
